Olene by Diptyque offers an all new floral fragrance for women. It was launched in the year 1988. The top notes of Olene include honeysuckle and narcissus with middle notes of jasmine and wisteria and base notes include white flowers and green notes.



The initial sprays of Olene offer a grand and intense fragrance of Jasmine which is followed by honeysuckle. A very warm and feminine perfume, it tends to deliver paper-white narcissus fragrance that keeps flowing in and out. You will definitely enjoy the first part composed of fresh white flowers in full bloom. 

 Olene has a dominant pure jasmine scent without any indolic feeling. The notes of Olene offer a beautiful blend of very feminine honeysuckle and a warm wisteria.
This glamorized blend provides a sort of soliflore feel. All the notes of the scent maintain their individual moments throughout. With Olene you will always feel sunny owing to the narcissus, or dewy or little green, but you will never feel sharp or dry.

Diptyque offers a woody floral musk fragrance Tam Dao for both women and men. It was first launched in 2003. The top notes of Tam Dao include Italian cypress, myrtle and rose; middle notes include cedar and sandalwood with base notes of Brazilian rosewood, spices, white musk and amber. 

A wonderfully pleasant scent, Tam Dao has a soft, pure smell that lingers on for long. The opening starts with a faint woody fragrance accompanied with a sweet and playful musky scent sprinkled with green notes. The scent offers a very creamy EDP that dries down with an incredible cedar sandalwood and musky amber giving you a serene feeling of being in a murky jungle.
Tam Dao is indeed an amazing rendition of slightly spicy and smoky sandalwood and cedar scent with a touch of rosewood. It does not offer too much floral or sweet fragrance and is not even dry or too harsh. It gives a meditative and peaceful fragrance with a lasting and profound expression.

John Galliano by Diptyque is a unique amalgam of Russian leather, mellow musks, dried herbs and dark bark. Diptyque has emerged with a wild yet sophisticated scented candle that is sure to take you in for a surprise.
John Galliano is dominantly based on leather. Fine leather purely projected as crimson, smooth and thin Russian leather that is softened with a birch essence giving a luxury feel of being both wild and at the same time sophisticated.
At the opening, you will experience a smooth fragrance of Artemesia to the core along with dried herbs that are sprinkled with hot ashes. Going down the lane you will explore its hay scented cumarin notes with a warm smell. The packaging is extremely eye catching, reproducing front page of the English newspaper in semi gothic font published on a sepia background. The Diptyque label runs over as a frame all round the Galliano newspaper. The two designs complement each other quite well.
